Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange your purchase if it has been more than 30 days. To request a refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service at Support@IslaKennedy.shop.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Items not eligible for return or exchange: - Custom printed products - Gift cards - Final sale items - Items damaged from normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be automatically transferred to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account. If it has been more than 10 days since you received your return and you have not received your refund, please contact Customer Service.
Gifts
Eligible gifts may be exchanged within 30 days of order delivery.
If you wish, the gift giver may submit a return under our refund policy and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping
When processing a return or exchange, you will have the option to print a prepaid shipping label or arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. You do not need to pay for return shipping when exchanging an item. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you return an item using our prepaid shipping label, we will deduct $5.00 from your refund.
